FAQ
Is this an app, or a website?
Stenaura is an app that you install on your computer. Your invoices, attendance, expenses, and reports are in the app. This website is only here to let you manage your account and subscription settings. Download the app for Windows.
Once you have the app, you can launch it from your Start menu.
Can I use Stenaura on more than one computer?
Yes!
You can sync your computers using the Automatic Backups feature in combination with a cloud drive such as OneDrive or Dropbox. For detailed instructions, see How to set up sync.
Can I accept credit card payments?
At this time, no. You must use a separate service to accept cards.
Can I import from Reporter Suite?
No, sorry. There are technical limitations that make this infeasible.
Can I import from WinUSR?
No, you are no longer able to import from WinUSR. This feature was removed in May 2024.
What is an "activation key"?
The app uses an activation key to determine who you are and what kind of subscription you have. This is a separate file that you download to your computer. When you start your subscription, or when your subscription renews, you'll be asked to generate and load a new key. View your key in your account.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription or let it expire?
Your data is always available in the app. When the app says your key has expired, click the "Continue in Evaluation Mode" button. You can continue to use all the features. The only difference is that any PDF invoices, documents, or reports you generate will not have your name, and they will have a large watermark.
