Privacy Statement
Effective February 22, 2018
The information we collect
We collect basic information about you using common internet technologies, such as cookies and web server logs. This information includes your browser type, your operating system version, and the date and time of each request. This information is collected from everybody that visits the site, whether you have an account with us or not.
When you create an account, you are asked to provide a valid email address, your first, middle, and last name, your state of residence, and the name under which you do business. This information is used to uniquely identify you internally within our services and to enable the full functionality of our products and services. For example, to generate a software key for the Stenaura software client, we must know your name and your doing-business-as name because these appear on the invoices that you create using the software.
When you provide a method of payment, we also collect your credit card information.
How we share the information we collect
Anonymized information and usage statistics are provided to third party analytics services so we can better understand our customers.
In compliance with PCI DSS, we rely solely on a third party merchant services provider to store and process payment information. As such, the credit card information we collect is stored by this provider. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
How we secure your information
We follow standard industry practices to protect your information in storage and during transmission from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. To ensure that your connection to the website is secure, we use an SSL certificate to encrypt traffic.
However, because no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, we therefore cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
Changes to this policy
This privacy statement is continuously revised as we continue to improve our services and build new services. You are highly encouraged to periodically review this statement.
